Hypnotic Habits

Willpower runs out. Standards don't.

For wellbeing days, new-year and new-financial-year kick-offs, conference openers and closers, and the people session at an offsite. The energy usually fades by Thursday. This makes the follow-through automatic.

Your people don't have a motivation problem. They have an autopilot problem.
What your people leave with

Three shifts. Three tools in the Habits Kit.

01
Turn goals into triggers
Attach the action to something that already happens, so it fires without a decision.
Habits Kit: If-Then Trigger worksheet
02
Change the standard, not the willpower
Set the bar you live by, and let the environment hold it for you.
Habits Kit: Personal Standards card
03
Reset daily, in minutes
A short daily reset for focus and mental load, framed as performance.
Habits Kit: 3-minute Daily Reset audio

Why it sticks

They watch the autopilot take over. Then they program their own.

Most of what we do each day runs on autopilot, which is why new year's goals and "just try harder" fade so fast. Live demonstrations of automatic behaviour, with volunteers on stage, let your people feel their own autopilot take over in seconds. Then we turn each demonstration into a simple way to make the right action the automatic one, plus a 7-day reset challenge so the new habits stick after the talk.

A wellbeing day still in use on Thursday
What attendees learn
  • Explain why willpower fades and how habits run on autopilot
  • Turn one goal into an if-then trigger that fires without a decision
  • Write a personal standard and set up their environment to hold it
  • Use a 3-minute daily reset for focus and mental load

We can supply a session outline and learning objectives for your records.

This isn't therapy. It's follow-through.

A peak performance power session that sits alongside your wellbeing program and makes the follow-through automatic. It complements your EAP and wellbeing support, and never replaces them.

Isaac performed at our conference gala dinner. He had the audience in the palm of his hand. The performance was entertaining, thought provoking and funny.

Organiser questions
Is this therapy?

No. It's a peak performance session about focus, follow-through and standards. It sits alongside your wellbeing program and EAP, and doesn't replace them or your psychosocial safety obligations.

Who is it for?

Every individual in the room: wellbeing days, kick-offs, conference openers and closers. Running a change with your leaders? That's The Unspoken Yes.

Is there hypnosis on stage?

Optional, and it's where the impact is highest: volunteers on stage are taken through the full hypnotic experience, so the room sees automatic action happen live, and each demonstration is unpacked into a real-world takeaway. Prefer something lighter? It also works well with the whole room taking part in short mindfulness games that land the same key points. Nobody is put on the spot.

What do you need on the day?

A lapel or headset mic, a screen for slides and the QR code, and 20 minutes for a sound check.

How far ahead should we book?

Conference programs lock 6–9 months out. Offsites can often be done in 6–8 weeks.

Make this the wellbeing day people still use on Thursday.
