Lomman Enterprises Pty Ltd (trading as Isaac Lomman, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through isaaclomman.com, how we use it and how you can access or correct it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you check a date, apply to work together, book a call, download a resource or join our email list, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone number, organisation, role, and information about your event or business. Our website and email tools may also record basic technical information such as pages visited and whether an email was opened.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare for and run calls and events, send proposals and the resources you asked for, and, if you have agreed, send you emails or SMS about speaking, events and working together. We do not sell your information.
Email and SMS
We only send marketing messages with your consent. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and opt out of SMS at any time by replying END.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our website, forms, calendar, email and SMS (including HighLevel and its sub-processors). Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We share information only as needed to provide our services, or where the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing [email protected] or writing to PO Box 1060, Golden Grove SA. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
