The strategy got a room full of nods. The rollout got a thumbs up. The training scored 9 out of 10. Then Monday came.
People decide emotionally and justify it logically. Work only on the logic and you get agreement. Action lives one level down: the decision underneath the decision.
That's the gap I close, on stage and in the sales room.

For years my scorecard was laughs and sold-out shows: 60,000 tickets at the Adelaide Fringe. Then I led a sales team, and learned the only number that counts is what people do next. Our best-ever month didn't come from a great speech. It came from a clear process and people taking the next step, every day.
That's what I bring to every room now: the moment that gets people thinking, and the Monday action that gets them moving.
“The lift in his team's performance was not luck. It was the result of a clear process, consistent accountability, and a leader who did the work himself.”
I take on a small number of high-ticket offers at a time, as the closer or as the sales leader who builds the process and team around it. The same psychology I teach on stage, tested on a live pipeline every week.
