I Booked to see Isaac to give up smoking, I was Skeptical however, I wanted to give it a go. I had my last smoke at 10am on 2 April 2020 and have not smoked since. I can still socialise with smokers and it doesn't bother me at all. after smoking 30 odd years I never thought i would be a non smoker. I have known Isaac for a while but only recently became a client of his. I have a chronic pain condition and issues around overeating and emotional eating. I have had two sessions with Isaac and I can say without a doubt in my mind that he has changed my life for the better. Being a super anxious person and having a chronic pain condition, emotional eating was a massive problem but now I feel in so much more control of what I eat and when I eat, all thanks to him! He has also helped me so much with my pain. He makes you feel extremely relaxed and safe right away. I couldn't recommend Isaac enough!

I came hypnotherapy as a last resort as I’ve tried all treatments available. I have 2 permanent disc injuries from physical damage, scoliosis of the spine. I am I’m so many medications, had so many cortisone injections and nothings helped until now. Since my session nearly 2 weeks ago I am 98% pain free, only time I get pain is when I push the limits or twist in ways I couldn’t have in years. Hey Isaac! Just wanted to say a big thank you again. I reached all my fitness and weight loss goals today and I honestly could not of done it without doing the hypnosis weightloss class!
