Here's how this booking process flows
Let's lock in the date, making sure I'm available the date(s) you have in mind.
You can use the following Calendar to check for conflicts and Pencil in your event directly onto my working Calendar and get a sense of whether I'm already booked on the date you have in mind.
Please keep in mind that booking on this Calendar isn't a booking confirmation but will ensure it's less likely that I'll be double booked and we will of course have a discussion via SMS, Email or Phone to confirm your booking along with the following confirmation papterwork.

Paperwork required to confirm the Booking
Once we've confirmed the date for your event works, the next step is for us both to sign off on the Performance Agreement which goes over the standard hire terms for your event and to ensure that we are on the same page with all the event particulars.
This is sent through my E-Signing system, Adobe Echosign. So don't worry there is typically no printing involved.
If there is someone else in your organisation that needs to get involved in signing off on this you can forward this document through to them within the signing system.
DEPOSIT & TRAVEL
Final steps to secure the booking
Lastly, I require a 50% deposit to secure that date against any other potential bookings. At this time if it is required, we will pre book travel arrangements such as Flights, Accommodation & Transfers as much as is practical.
